1. The seller

Pitchwork Football is operated by Matti Sirviö / Pitchwork Football. Postal address: Kreetantie 2, 00760 Helsinki, Finland. Email: hello@pitchworkfootball.com. Seller operates under their own name without a Finnish Business ID.

2. Products, prices and delivery

Pitchwork provides digital football coaching materials, practice packs and access to coaching tools. The product page and checkout describe what is included, the price, payment interval and access duration. Review these details before placing an order. Any applicable tax and the total payable are shown at checkout.

Digital products are supplied electronically using the delivery or access method described for the product. CORE access requires a member account and an active qualifying membership. If a completed purchase does not open correctly, contact us with your order reference and purchase email.

3. CORE subscriptions and renewal

Recurring CORE memberships renew and are charged at the interval and price displayed at purchase until renewal is cancelled. One-time purchases do not become recurring subscriptions merely because you create an account.

You can stop renewal in My account → My memberships → Cancel renewal, then confirm your choice. Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date and your paid membership remains available until the current billing period ends. Contact us if you cannot access this control. Stopping renewal does not itself issue a refund and does not limit any statutory withdrawal or refund rights.

4. Withdrawing from a purchase

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding the contract, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law. Creating an account or accepting general terms is not treated as a separate consent to lose this right.

To give notice, use the Withdraw from contract page linked in our footer. Enter your name, email and enough information to identify the contract, review the notice, and select Confirm withdrawal. No reason is required. We send an acknowledgement by email containing your notice, its reference and the submission time. You may also give a clear withdrawal notice by email to hello@pitchworkfootball.com or by post to the seller's address.

Where withdrawal entitles you to a refund, we reimburse the payments as required by law, normally within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Any lawful exception or proportionate charge for services already supplied must meet the applicable statutory conditions. Your mandatory rights concerning defective digital content or services are unaffected.

5. Accounts and content

Use accurate account and purchase details and keep your login credentials secure. Digital coaching materials remain protected by copyright; buying access does not transfer ownership of the content.

The description of the purchased product determines the access supplied. If content or access is defective, unavailable or does not match that description, contact us so that we can address the problem. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies.

6. Questions and complaints

Contact hello@pitchworkfootball.com first and describe the product, order reference and issue. For a consumer dispute that cannot be resolved with us, you may seek guidance from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, where applicable, refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Any mandatory consumer protection that applies to your contract remains available.
