1. Controller and contact

2. Information we process

Account information includes your member identifier, email address and any profile information you provide. Purchase records include the products or plans ordered, order references, subscription and payment status, and customer or billing information supplied at checkout. Payments are processed through Wix and the payment providers offered at checkout.

CORE stores sessions you choose to save, including their title, selected practices, scheduled date and notes, linked to your member identifier. Enquiries, free-practice requests and withdrawal notices contain the information you enter in the relevant form. Withdrawal records also contain a submission reference and receipt time.

The website and its providers process technical information such as device or browser information, IP addresses, session and security information, and cookies or similar storage. Recently viewed and saved-on-device practices also use your browser's local storage. Clearing that storage removes those device-specific selections; it does not cancel a membership.

3. Why we use this information

We use account, order and saved-session information to provide the account, deliver purchases, check membership access and perform our contract with you. We use enquiry and free-practice details to respond to your request or take steps you ask for before a contract.

We process transaction, complaint and withdrawal records to meet applicable legal obligations and handle consumer rights. Keeping the service secure, preventing misuse and handling disputes can also rely on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Where consent is required for optional marketing or tracking, that consent is the basis for that processing and can be withdrawn.

4. Providers and international processing

Wix provides the website hosting, member accounts, forms, commerce and related services used by this site. Payment providers process payment information for the methods used at checkout. Wix and its service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; Wix describes its use of adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and other safeguards in its privacy and data processing information.

Google services may be used for sign-in or reCAPTCHA security checks. If you choose social sign-in, the relevant provider also processes information under its own notice. Links to separate tools or external services may lead to services with their own privacy information; review that information when using them.

5. Retention

We retain account and saved-session information for as long as needed to provide your account and requested services. You may ask to delete your account or session data. Some records may need to be kept after account closure to comply with applicable accounting, tax or consumer-law duties, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Enquiry and withdrawal records are retained for handling the request and any related obligations or disputes, rather than indefinitely for unrelated purposes. The applicable purpose, legal retention duties and the time needed to resolve a matter determine the retention period.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can use the site's Privacy Settings control for available cookie choices and your browser settings to manage local storage. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
