A deeper third attacker can arrive through a changing central window while two partners engage cover on one side. Timing matters more than following a fixed running arrow.

How the practice plays
Three attack two and a keeper. Two attackers begin on the ball side while 3 starts deeper toward the centre; all may move freely on 1’s first touch. 3 may run through central cover, stay available or change the support angle. 1 can carry or find either partner; no third-player pass is compulsory. Defenders and keeper counter through either near gate on regain. Restore starts after point/out; loose saves stay live.
